No reason to panic because there are more shows and happenings coming up. So keep washing, waxing, and modding.
At the end of this month we have Broke Down. Thrown by some of the best guys around, club.broke.status. Its a very laid back show with a great vibe. Entrance is free and there is cheap food. What a combination. You can access info to this show on their site at Broke.Down 10 . It’s a don’t miss that’s only a couple hours away. There is also a GTG at a great little spot called The Boulder Saturday night. Little pre-gaming.

And at the end of September there is the grandaddy of all east coast shows, H2Oi. Being held as it always is in Ocean City, Maryland on September 25th and 26th. Many many GTG’s and happenings to suit all makes and models and modding trends. We will have a cruise down again this year. There will be one for the early birds on Thursday AM and another Friday AM for the die hard company folks that can’t get another day off, lol. This is the one show all year you should plan on making. You can’t understand the sheer awesomeness until you’ve experienced it. You can access details in their forum on VW Vortex at H2Oi on Vortex or on their website as its updated at H2Oi 10 .
Hope to see everyone around. Don’t forget to check the forums for other GTGs and happenings. Membership info is also in there if interested.

April 18th,2010 is the date. Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk,MA is the place. Mark your calendars and get those projects dusted off and completed. Like what I did there? Dusted off, Dustoff? Genius, huh?
This is going to be another great year. After 750+ cars last year we have even higher expectations for this years event. This is THE early season show in New England. We have classes for all VW’s and Audis and also have a huge Club Parking area. Club has become more popular every year as a place to hang out and meet new friends. We also have a large Exhibition area if you want to show your ride but don’t want to be judged. Vendors and Sponsors are signing on and will be added to the Dustoff site at NEDustoff as they are confirmed. Check back there for updates. Updates site launch is slated for March 1st.
We also have a Dustoff forum on one of our Title Sponsors site, VWVortex. It is at Dustoff Forum.Feel free to post any questions, ideas or issues there. Information for classes, FS/WTB, swap meet, hotel info. and our famous night before GTG at the Seekonk Grand Prix Go-carts. Please visit the forums often and post away.
Thanks and hope to see everyone there.

So the 2009 Summer is just about over…and again we end it with good times at great events, starting with H2O International

Most of those heading down will be doing so on Friday morning.
Saturday will include the famous H2O Big Ass BBQ at the show grounds, followed by many great GTGs such as the CBS social, cruising the strip, or the occasional beer pong tourney in the Condo parking lot.
Sunday starts off with the hangover car wash, a much needed trip to Dunkin for some Iced Coffee, then cruise to the show to set up for Club Parking. Club Parking registration can only be done online by 9/18/09, so contact me ASAP to get on the list.
Monday morning means its time for the return trip home and it starts off with the Cape May-Lewes Ferry ride to NJ. Then we all cruise the Garden State Parkway with members of NEK for rest of the ride home.
Don’t miss the good times, and buy your tickets/register for all the show events now! Dead line is Friday Sept. 18 at 5pm…to avoid having to buy your tickets at the show.

Also coming up … we will be having our annual Fall BBQ, so keep looking for updates in the Members section of the forums.

Due to the weather finally giving us what we deserve we had the best attendance ever for Dustoff. Over 600 cars and more than twice that in people. Absolutely incredible. With temperatures in the 80’s all day and lots of sun things turned out great.
Cant thank everyone that helped out enough. As usual we had an awesome group of volunteers and staff. Couldn’t do it without them. And without all of our best friends taking the long or short trip to Seekonk to hang out with us the show wouldn’t be what it is. You are all great. All the hard work is worth it seeing everyone having a good time.
Also like to thank our sponsors and vendors for stepping up in a not so great economy. I’m sure it wasn’t easy for them. VW Vortex as usual gives us a forum to get people excited. We had GAP,Reflex Tuning, NGP Racing, Swift Motorsports, Yarrowsport, and Renegade VW step up as vendors and raffle donations. Hope everyone got to stop by their booths to say hi and spend their hard earned money, lol. Hope to see these guys again next year.
Please check out the website at www.nedustoff.com for pictures and news from the show. We should have galleries up very soon. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions or comments.
Thanks and cant wait to see everyone again next year for an even bigger and better New England Dustoff. Until then, have a great show season. Feel free to stop by our Show Section for info in upcoming events.
